Article 2 : General Information
2.2 Add : One session will be held on a lake sector, fishing from boats powered – if possible –by outboard
motors and four sessions on river fishing from bank or wading. The Rotation of Groups is contained in
Annexe A.
• Sector I (Myczkowce Reservoir) – boat fishing,
• Sector II (River Solinka),
• Sector III (River San – Lesko),
• Sector IV (River San – Postołów),
• Sector V (River San – Zwierzyń).
Article 9 : Bank Fishing Competitions
Add new 9.6 : Wading is allowed on the river sectors and chest waders may be worn.
Article 10.: Boat fishing
There will be two competitors per boat. Competitors may only fish while the boat is drifting freely and not
under power or being rowed.
Boats may drift with the bow either to the left or to the right.
Drogues shall not be used.
Competitors may only cast in the area allocated in Annexe B.
Add new 10.11 : Competitors are required to wear their own life jacket whenever they are in a boat, or on
a landing stage
Article 11. Duration of events, scoring and practice sessions
11.1. The event will be held in five scoring sessions.
11.3.1. Fishing will be conducted at h. 9.00-12.00 and 15.00-18.00, both on the rivers and reservoir.

Article 21.4
Add new 21.4 (e) The random draw for beats or boats, done by the pre-planned computer program to
generate the random allocation of competitors to beats or boats will be kept secret till the departure of
the busses to the sectors. The allocation to the beats/boats will, at that time, be posted on the information
board and be given in each bus during travelling to the beats/boats.
Article 22.
22.2.1 Add:The controller carries out his work from the bank or from an island (only in the case of
indicated beats). Upon the request of the competitor the controller enters the island prior to start
of fishing and remains there until the end of the session.
Article 24. Eligible fish
24.1 Add : Eligible fish species:
brown trout (Salmo trutta m. fario),
rainbow trout (Oncorhynchus mykiss),
grayling (Thymallus thymallus)
huchen (Hucho hucho).
Size limits:
• Sector I (Myczkowce Reservoir) – 20 cm for all eligible species,
• Sector II (River Solinka) – 20 cm for all eligible species,
• Sector III (River San) – 25cm for all eligible species,
• Sector IV (River San) – 25 cm for all eligible species,
• Sector V (River San) – 25 cm for all eligible species.
Measuring will be done from the tip of the nose to the end of the longest part of the tail.
Article 28. Flies
28.5. Modify: A maximum of TWO flies is permitted which must not be closer to each other than fifty
cm, measured eye to eye, hanging freely.
Article 30. Prohibitions
30.1. Modify: The following is prohibited:
(a) Fishing of competition sectors by competitors or their agents during a period of 30 days
prior to the official start of the event. This applies to competition and official practice
waters.
